Our building offers some of the finest conferencing facilities in the Tees Valley area and we can provide a range of spaces for a wide variety of events and special occasions. From hire of the main auditorium, which can comfortably seat 450, right down to our medium and smaller sized rooms that hold around 80 and 20 people respectively, we offer a range of competitively priced facilities that are available for hire all year round.

Digital Facilities

 
Our charges are inclusive of the use of all digital facilities, including our new Allen and Heath QU32 mixer desk, overhead projectors, screens, TV/DVD, microphones and PA. We will also provide a sound engineer for your function. An Internet connection is also available. We have recently installed a new range of top quality visual facilities, and can also offer high definition recording/filming of your event.

* Please note that fees for a visual engineer will be charged separately.

* Flip charts and pens are also included if needed.

Lower Hall

 
The Lower hall is a versatile space that can be divided into two parts if necessary. It can seat up to 150 people using ‘theatre style’ seating or 80 seated around tables. It has a built in overhead projector and screen and has an adjacent well-equipped, modern kitchen.

Upper Hall

 
The Upper Hall can accommodate 150 people seated theatre style. It is a less formal space, has a small adjacent kitchen and can be used for a variety of group activities. It can also be used as a games room or an indoor sports hall.

Auditorium

 
Our auditorium is a stunning, hexagonal space with raked seating that comfortably seats up to 450 people. The room has excellent acoustics and is equipped with a new, high tech digital audio-visual system, which is supported by our in-house technical team. You can also benefit from free, Wi-Fi access for your delegates.

The facility is regularly used for conferences, orchestral performances, corporate functions and local community events. It is also a lovely venue for wedding ceremonies, and our outer rooms can be hired for a wedding breakfast afterwards.

Smaller Rooms

 
Our smaller lounges will seat up to 20 people in either theatre or circular formation and are suitable for small group meetings or breakout group activities.
